What DailySharpe collects
An email address at signup. Locale and time-zone preferences set in /settings. Followed investors and watched tickers, so the brief can be personalised. Standard server access logs (IP address, user-agent, request path) for security and abuse prevention.
How that data is used
Email: to deliver the Daily Brief and account notices. Locale and time-zone: to format the brief at the right hour and in the right number format. Follows and watchlist: to select which filings, transcripts, and posts appear in the brief. Server logs: to detect abuse and diagnose outages.
How long data is kept
Email, settings, follows, and watchlist: until account deletion. Server access logs: rotated after 30 days. Deleted accounts purge associated data within 30 days.
